Job Summary
• Must have more than 10 years of implementation, support, and upgrade work experience in different modules of HR application, especially more than 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
• SuccessFactors Consultant who have good working experience in Employee Central, Performance & Goal Management, Compensation Module is preferred and desirable.
• A good understanding and working experience in system integration & API based integration.
• Ability to work on technical issues and have end to end understand of SAP SuccessFactors application.
• Ability to understand & update configuration workbooks.
• Candidate should be certified in Employee central.
• Working knowledge of roles and permissions, business rules, workflows, Route maps, MDF objects, Event reason derivation, Data models, import/export jobs etc.
• Having good working experience in reports, dashboard & Integration Centre.

Strategy
• Plan and lead Analysis & Design Fit –Gap Workshops. This will include challenging Business Users on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans and meet business and regulatory requirements.
• Effectively manage BAU Incidents based on priority by analysing the issue, providing interim or permanent fix.
Business
• Collaborate with the HR Community to elicit Business Requirements using a variety of techniques. The preferred methodology may include - interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task analysis and workflow analysis.
• Work directly with HR Stakeholders to understand HR processes and strategies and determine when to leverage HR Technology and where alternate solutions may be preferable

• Produce & maintain the required documentation using organizational standard templates to support the Business/Incident Analysis like root cause analysis, Story etc
People & Talent
• Contribute to Hive planning and management of milestones
• Assist the SRE Chapter lead and Hive Tech lead in ensuring no impact to deliveries from Hive and SRE perspective.
• Ensure that the Chapter & Hive leads are aware of all potential Issues & Risks and provide options for managing risk.
Risk Management
• Should have good understanding of different type of risks like operational, governance, cyber security from BAU and delivery perspective.
• Should be able to manage and mitigate risk.
Governance
• Influences the Hive Team to create and maintain alignment around the hive objectives, benefits, scope and key Challenges which may affect Hive delivery and support KPIs.
• Follow and support organization specific Governance related processes to keep the Hive and application in compliant status.
