Job Description: 

Key Responsibilities

To monitor and process lifecycle activities and Corporate Actions for the US Secondary Loans Business
•    Showcase a strong understanding of Corporate Loans, the Secondary Market and broader financial markets where applicable
•    Ensure timely processing of all Servicing activities in LoanIQ and Corporate Actions and ensure accurate reconciliation of cashflows, operating as the first line of defence
•    Ensure timely remediation of issues and engage with various stakeholders to deliver improved risk framework and controls
•    Identify and mitigate operational, financial and regulatory risk and ensure adherence to internal policies
•    Understand systems, workflows and control framework
•    Demonstrate sound attention to detail, risk judgement and execution excellence
•    Ensure smooth operation of controls and provide support to the business
•    Create and execute MIS, reporting and business insights for US trades
•    Execution automation strategies to improve existing control frameworks and minimize manual touchpoints
•    Ensure smooth operation and positive client impact
•    Be comfortable with change, new processes, have curiosity and demonstrate continued learning 
•    Demonstrate a collaborative approach to problem solving, clinical execution, ability to drive consensus and challenge status quo where required

Qualifications

•    Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting or related discipline
•    Relevant 6-8 yrs of work experience in loan operations
•    Certifications: professional certifications in  operations, risk, or loan markets are an advantage.
•    Shift timings: only night shifts (US coverage)
