Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be adept at using Tableau to create impactful and insightful visualizations. This role requires a strong hands-on with the tool for building comprehensive dashboards and derive actionable insights that drive business decisions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop, design, and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports using Tableau.
• Collaborate with members on the team and externally to understand requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decisions.
• Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve business processes and performance.
• Continuously optimize and update dashboards to reflect changing business needs and data sources.
• Conduct training sessions and provide support to team members on using BI tools and interpreting dashboard insights.
• Ensure data integrity and security while handling sensitive information.

Skills and Experience
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Tableau including advanced features such as LOD, user filters etc.
• A tableau public profile to showcase will be a plus.
• Experience with Power BI and dashboard migration will be a plus.
Analytical Skills:
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Strong ability to derive actionable insights and strategic recommendations from data analysis.
Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to tasks.
Certifications:
• Relevant certifications in Tableau, Power BI, or other BI tools are advantageous.
• Certifications in data analysis, data science, or related fields are a plus.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Tableau, data analysis, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to independently build insightful visualizations and generate insights
