Financial Markets eTrading has defined an exciting strategy and aggressive product roadmap. The FM eTrading system developments team is a specialist team responsible for the design and development of proprietary set of systems that will differentiate the bank in its core markets. eTrading systems are aimed at numerous customer markets including external customers via the internet, sophisticated customers via API/point-to-point connectivity, internal users trading on behalf of customers around the globe and finally connectivity into multi-dealer platforms.

This role will join the eCommerce PMO team. The role will be primarily focussed on working on eCommerce Financials, Timesheets, Reporting and Tracking the Forecasts as well as monitoring and tracking hiring across locations for eCommerce area. The role also includes managing Clarity data for all eComm projects and as well as the eTrading Programme.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy
•    Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
•    Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
•    Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
•    Providing financial reports and budget outlines to Senior Stakeholders.
•    Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards.
•    Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.

Business
•    Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
•    Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification.
•    Work with various FM teams to ensure Financials are on track and reporting is accurate
•    Create reports or extracts for various Budget and forecast reporting at Project and Programme Level.
•    Co-ordinate with other PMOs to ensure resource allocations, project budgets etc are in sync with other Programmes.
•    Analysing financial data and implementing budgets

•    Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
•    Good track record of communicating effectively with both business and IT staff at all levels.
•    Enthusiastic, driven, self-motivated with a focus on client and customer service
•    Very strong interpersonal skills including facilitation and coaching and able to lead and influence others
•    Committed to the development of all team members and continuous improvement of the Agile 
•    Highly effective verbal and written English communication skills.

•    Identify risks and issues early, plan mitigating steps and communicate these to stakeholders in a timely manner
•    Timely escalation of risks and issues and escalating to management at the earliest opportunity to ensure items are resolved in a timely manner
