Job Summary
The Regulatory Engagement and Governance Analyst plays a key supporting role in relation to governance activities in the Traded Risk Management (TRM) function. Specifically, this role focuses on support responsibilities such as coordination of the monthly Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) Traded Risk Forum (TRF) packs, Traded Risk Management (TRM) weekly trackers of regulatory and internal audit actions, coordination and maintenance of the Prudential Compliance Framework (PCF) line-by-line regulatory attestations for the Traded Risk Chapters; and supporting the TRM Operational Risk Excellence lead in relation to the Operational Risk Excellence Forums, periodic reporting and dashboards, and thematic reviews of conduct and conflict of interest for TRM Management Team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordination of the monthly Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) Traded Risk Forum (TRF) packs.
• Coordination and maintenance of PCF line-by-line regulatory attestations for the Traded Risk Chapters.
• Coordination of TRM weekly trackers of regulatory and internal audit actions.
• Collation of the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) monthly Continuous Assessment Meeting materials.
• Coordination of CIB Financial Risk Committee (FRC) TRM Credit Risk Officer (CRO) report across TRM stakeholders.
• Supporting the TRM Operational Risk Excellence lead in relation to the Operational Risk Excellence Forums, periodic reporting and dashboards, and thematic reviews of conduct and conflict of interest for TRM Management Team.
• Coordination of Finance capitalization of development and validation efforts for models as intangible assets.
• Back-up for TRM Material Risk Takers population tracking, TRM quarterly achievements and Emerging Risks Heatmap.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate:
• Background (3+ years) in Traded Risk, Financial Markets or Model Risk
• Master’s degree in finance or some quantitative subject (Science, Engineering)
• Strong administrative and project management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and time constraint
• Multi-cultural awareness and sensitivity.
