Job Summary
• The role holder will be part of the ERM Framework and Policy Management team based in Bangalore, India. The role holder will be a key member of the team, helping to establish clear standards for frameworks and policies and ensuring adherence to them.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and Publish Frameworks, Policies and Standards
• Provide centralised support for the publication of Risk Type Frameworks, Policies, Standards and Addenda in GovPoint.
• Review documents and supporting artefacts submitted in GovPoint to ensure that all details are accurate and meet FPGS/ERGS requirements.
• Support GovPoint system testing, training, issue resolution and queries relating to the maintenance of frameworks, policies and standards.
• Support administrative activities in GovPoint and M7, including access management, task reassignment and changes to document ownership.
• Support controls testing, assurance reviews and audits by providing the necessary evidence.
• Support the production and review of policy dashboards and newsletters, and the release of important communications to stakeholders.
• Support policy inventory management.
• Support the management of the SRMG/GovPoint mailbox.
• Support ad hoc tasks as required by management.
Productivity
• Support simplification initiatives, including FFG-related activities.
Annual Disclosures
• Support the delivery of all external disclosures relating to the ERMF.
Processes
• Support the Head of Policy Management and the Head of Framework Management in continuously improving the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the team’s processes.
Governance
• Ensure that effectiveness measures are documented for policies. Track CA adoption and ensure that issues relating to GovPoint are resolved and closed.

Qualifications
• At least seven years of experience in risk management.
• Business Strategy and Model: Awareness and understanding of the firm’s business strategy and model appropriate to the role, coupled with the ability to provide a vision and successfully lead complex changes end-to-end.
• Risk Management and Control: Ability to identify, assess, monitor, control and mitigate risks to the firm.
• Governance, Oversight and Controls: Leadership qualities, strong interpersonal skills, multi-cultural awareness and sensitivity.
• Regulatory Framework and Requirements: Awareness and thorough understanding of the regulatory framework in which the firm operates.
• Non-technical Skills: Ability to explain complex matters in simple and intuitive terms and to manage stakeholders effectively, both internally with senior management and externally with regulators.
