Job Summary
This role is a Fixed Term Contract for the period of 9 months.

• This position is motivated by the objective of strengthening our Organisational Effectiveness, as well as supporting various aspects of the employee lifecycle, including workforce management and Early Careers.
• You will work as part of the GIAI COO group. You will be involved in managing and providing support to GIAI on people transformation, organisation effectiveness, workforce management, and other people processes within the lifecycle of the employee. Data analytics and insights would be a key strength to have for the role.
Key Responsibilities
People Transformation
• Lead organisational change initiatives to foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.
• Design and implement strategies for talent development, including upskilling, reskilling, and succession planning.
• Drive employee engagement programmes to enhance morale, productivity, and retention.
• Collaborate with leadership teams to align people transformation objectives with business goals.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of transformation initiatives, making adjustments as required.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and communication forums to support change management.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all transformation activities.
Position Management
• Oversee the creation, modification, and elimination of organisational positions in line with workforce planning.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of position data within HR systems and organisational charts.
• Work closely with HR and business leaders to assess and approve position changes based on evolving business needs.
• Support compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements regarding position management.
• Analyse workforce metrics to optimise position structures and support efficient resource allocation.
• Provide guidance on position classification, grading, and compensation alignment.
• Contribute to annual and ad-hoc reviews of position frameworks, recommending improvements as necessary
• Liaise with business stakeholders to understand the skills gap and design the skill development plan.
• Understand the Audit and investigation realm to design audit specific people initiatives.
Organisation Effectiveness:
• Design and implement strategies to improve organisational performance, focusing on structure, process, and culture.
• Collaborate with leadership teams to assess current organisational effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Lead change management initiatives, ensuring effective communication and engagement across all levels of the organisation.
• Develop and deliver training programmes to build capabilities in leadership, team dynamics, and continuous improvement.
• Analyse data related to employee engagement, productivity, and business outcomes to inform decision-making and measure the impact of interventions.
• Support talent management processes, including succession planning and workforce planning, to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
• Facilitate workshops and focus groups to gather insights and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Stay up to date with best practices in organisational development, applying relevant methodologies and tools to drive sustainable change.
Governance
• Provide data and insights from the recruitment monitoring activities for feedback to GIAI governance forum on a regular basis.

Other Responsibilities
• As part of the wider COO team, you will be expected to support the delivery of the function’s priorities with ad hoc project work as need arises.

- Ideal candidates with 9 to 12 years of working experience in Organizational Effectiveness, Organizational Design.
- Experience or Knowledge in HR & Organizational Development will be a plus
- Change management, Project Management, Influencing Skills are desired
