Title: Manager - SCM Data Products

Job Summary
• We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven SCM Analytics to support reporting, analytics initiatives, and data product development in the Supply Chain Management (SCM) domain.
Key Responsibilities
• Support BAU activities across SCM analytics including reporting, dashboarding, data integrity checks, and ad-hoc analysis.
• Serve as the technical SME for SCM data, including Procurement, Invoicing, Supplier, and Contract analytics.
• Build and maintain data pipelines, workflows, and automation using SQL and Dataiku (or equivalent ETL platforms).
• Develop dashboards and reports in Tableau and MicroStrategy (MSTR) to support strategic and operational insights.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust data models and analytics solutions.
• Troubleshoot data issues and act as the point of contact for data quality and reconciliation matters.
• Support development of data products that serve internal users with reusable and scalable components.
• Assist in documenting processes, lineage, and data definitions to support governance and audit readiness.

• Support a smoother delivery of reports and dashboards as per predefined schedule. Deliver adhoc reports/dashboards on an agreed time line.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in analytics roles, preferably in a banking or global shared services environment.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize based on business impact.
• Exposure to Agile methodology and experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools is a plus.
• SCM data exposure especially with SAP Ariba, S4 an BTC
Skills and Experience
• Strong SQL proficiency
• Hands-on experience in Dataiku or similar data engineering platforms (Alteryx, Azure Data Factory, etc.).
• Proficiency in Python for data transformation, automation, and light analytics modelling.
• Advanced skills in Tableau and MicroStrategy (MSTR) for dashboarding and data storytelling.
• Experience working with large data sets, including data cleansing, enrichment, and reconciliation.
• Understanding of SCM processes: Contract, TPRM, Purchase Requisitions, Orders, Invoices, Vendor Master, and Spend Analysis.
