JOB SUMMARY

We are currently looking for Manager-SME for our People Capability Ops Team in Bangalore. The incumbent will have manage the development and deployment of e-learning projects and other digital learning interventions, which are administered by GPS People Capability Operations team.

The Role Responsibilities
•    Analyse the PR tagging logic as per the target audience requirements
•    Convert the tagging logic to a PR script
•    Deployment of elearning courses
•    Creation of certification and curriculums in LMS
•    Level-3 query support
•    SABA/LMS quarterly update testing
•    Security roles
•    Debugging interfaces between HRMS and LMS
•    Project dashboard preparation in MS Excel
•    Notifications configuration and identifying the root cause if an issue occurred (RCA)
•    Inspect people feed on a daily basis and ensure the creation/update of user profiles flow to the system by removing errors
•    Solutioning to the business in terms of rolling out trainings and implement complex criteria in PR to achieve customer expectation
•    Responsible for process documentation and continuous process improvement
•    Be a business partner with Group COE and work closely with analytics team to provide meaningful analysis which influences business decisions
•    Build strong partnerships with stakeholders, provide end-to-end seamless delivery of all activities and focus on delivering flawless service delivery in eLearning & digital deployments
•    Adhere to Group Risk, Compliance and Governance 100%

Our Ideal Candidate

•    CSOD, SABA, SuccessFactors - Learning module or any other major LMS administration
•    Proficiency in Prescriptive Rule (PR) creation/modification
•    Experience on migrations
•    Experience in system configuration
•    Experience on L3 queries 
•    Excellent hands-on working knowledge in Ms-Excel (usage of formulas, conditional formatting, pivot tables, preparation of reports etc)
•    Excellent communication skills – spoken and written
•    Expertise in logical and design thinking abilities
•    Ability to help design and deploy learning solutions

Experience
•    10-12 years of experience on the above.

Qualification
•    Education - Engineering background
