Job Summary
Core Technical Skills required
• Key focus was CRMx Analytics & CAP FM deliverables, and his move would definitely impact the team and will also create leadership vacuum in the BI Reporting space.
• MSTR/BI skills
• Work experience on Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Scala, Nifi
• 4+ years of work experience in Hadoop eco system.
• Strong experience in Scala spark.
• Strong Unix / Linux Shell scripting experience
• Prior knowledge on any SQL query writing skills.
• Application performance tuning, application performance analysis and tuning, analysing performance metrics
• Strong analytical and problem solving
• Experience in Application Design
• Responsibility for the Code Quality measures
• Exhibit hands-on on various NFRs-Non-Functional-Requirements implementation
• Good knowledge in opensource frameworks
• Hands on Control-M scheduling tool.
Preferred competencies:
• DevOps Tools and CI/CD Processes – Jenkins, Git, GitFlow, Jira, BitBucket etc.
• Experience remediating application vulnerabilities and delivering on other non-functional requirements
• Experience working with query plans and performance tuning of SQLs
• Understanding of continuous build concept and usage with maven, sonarqube or other related tools
Non-Technical Skills required
• Good analytical skills.
• Able to work independently.
• Curious to deep dive into Business process.
• Good communication skills to be able to understand requirements and articulate solutions/feedbacks.
Adaptive to the aggressive timelines delivery mode.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy
Align to delivery and teams strategy, focus to work as a team to achieve and complete project delivery on time. Given we work on Data related projects it is very important that we focus on agile delivery.
Business
Key focus is mainly to work as a team to delivery Business needs, Data is spread across and we have to cut across many upstream downstream teams to deploy and complete the project. Our Business is not specific to one requirement as we work on various strategic related deliveries and one of them is Data Analytics store, ESG and Framework.
Processes
With Data Analytics, ESG and other framework related activities we need to make sure we follow the process which is lead by the team and organisation.
