Title: PMO Analyst

Job Summary
• Support the CLM Platforms aligned to the DDCP business plan, aiming to enhance client experience, ensure regulatory compliance, and maximize process efficiency and effectiveness through technology and human-centered design.
• Assist in performing governance activities across the CLM Platforms, ensuring adherence to practices and standards prescribed by the Portfolio Management team and the Standard Chartered Change Governance Policy / Change Delivery Standards (CDS).
Key Responsibilities
Strategy
Programme Planning & Tracking Support
• Support Programme Managers in developing and maintaining a comprehensive Programme plan, ensuring alignment with the approved business case.
• Strong in tracking programme/projects deliverables, key milestones and timelines within the Programme plan.
Business
Resource Management
• Consolidate and monitor the comprehensive resource management view of the Programme, identifying gaps relative to forecasted requirements.
• Input actual and forecasted resource data into Clarity.
• Work with Programme Managers to determine staffing needs/changes for the Programme and follow-up with the Portfolio Team to ensure staff requisitions are approved and tracked until headcount is onboarded.
Financial Oversight
• Support the development and maintenance of Programme budgets and financial forecasts.
• Monitor actual Programme expenditures to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
• Support in maintaining the financial forecast and actuals are accurately reflected in Clarity.
Processes
Tooling & Reporting
• Deliver high-quality progress reports, dashboards, and status updates for stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise messaging.
• Collaborate with Programme Managers to keep Clarity updated with the latest Programme data, including status updates, key milestones, financials, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource forecasts.
• Ensure that benefits forecasts and actuals are accurately reflected in Clarity.
Demand Management
• Support the PMO Lead, CPO, and Hive Delivery Lead in Demand Management activities, such as applying prioritisation scoring and approach to backlog, ensuring Demand Management & Unified backlog process is followed, and maintaining ADO hygiene.
Assurance
• Ensure compliance with quality management standards such as Change Risk Assessment, Go-Live Attestations, and support the coordination of responses to audit queries (Internal).
People & Talent
Attributes
• 3-5 years of experience in the banking field, with proven track records in a PMO role.
• Strong skills in project delivery tracking.
• Experience with agile and waterfall project management.
• Working experience in Programme/Project Risk/Issue Management and Financial management.
• Proficient in working with project management tools such as Clarity, ADO, and Confluence.
• Excellent in MS-Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Risk Management
• Facilitate the identification and assessment of risks at the Programme level and support the development of risk mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with Programme Managers to manage and update risks and issues in Clarity.
Governance
Programme Governance:
• Ensure programme/project compliance with the Change Delivery Standards (CDS) and promote awareness of these standards.
• Ensure good understanding of Bank’s project management tools (Clarity, ADO) and ensure programme team exercise consistency and quality data for accurate programme reporting.
• Assist in preparing high-quality materials for the Programme Steering Committee, including Terms of Reference, Progress Reports, and meeting minutes.
• Promote consistency across programme documentation, RAID logs, change controls, and other relevant records/artefacts.
Regulatory & Business Conduct
• Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.

Qualifications
Education
• Hands-on experience in operating model design (people, process, technology, information) with an ability to articulate complex ideas in layman-friendly terms
• Experience as a Analyst, in a PMO or similar role with experience in change and transformation in the context of process and system deployments
• Weighs up benefits of short term tactical and long-term strategic options to ensure solutions are delivered to the appropriate scale, scope and timing
• Process, commercial and operational awareness needed to develop appropriate solutions.
• Certifications like PMP, Prince2 etc. will be an added advantage.
