Job Summary
This role is within the PE Hive and part of the platform management & work on data management team to support Business Ownership activities for all applications. The individual would represent as a Support Lead for applications in Client Coverage.
• Manage Business ownership activities in line with defined guiding principles.
• Define and own the business ownership processes ·
• Understand various roadmaps defined by product managers for capability and products ·
• Manage FEDX requests originating from different teams ·
• Highlight deviations in process resulting in impact to Credit Systems data model to the data domain and process owners. ·
• Act as an SME for applications in the purview of product management and support project teams
Strategy
• Provide SME support to all associated project teams to ensure they comply with Data standards and functioning of
• Define and manage Governance on data extractions
• Maintain key issues and provide thematic view of all the issues impacting production teams
• Advocates a culture of continuous self-improvement, agile execution, and collaboration across CLDM and the wider Client Coverage network & its business partners
• Work closely with Business Architect function to have a strategic view on roadmaps across platforms
• Utilises thought leadership and experience across a variety of Client Lifecycle topics to steer, influence and support the business strategy and realisation of critical business objectives
• System owner should be aware of Hive initiatives affecting other Hives, CoEs and related organisational constructs
• Act as the single point of contact for the Offshore team.
• Plan and manage the growth of the team as strategic investments in credit systems grow.
• Creating an agile-driven high-performance culture within the team
• Aligning the agile team to the overall business and program objectives.
• Obtaining stakeholder buy-in and signoff on requirements.
• Adhering to all relevant organizational framework and standards
Key Responsibilities
Processes
• Document relevant analysis artefacts as required for Business Ownership governance i.e BIA, SBIA, BC rating, Service Review etc
• Understand various roadmaps defined by platform management.
• Manage DASH requests originating from different teams
• Act as an SME for applications in the purview of product management and support project teams
• Prioritize and sequence items in the backlog based on business value/ROI.
• Co-ordinate with the Change Management team for successful completion and implementation of changes.
• Report project status updates to senior management
• Represent the voice of business and be a champion of client centricity of the solution

• Eye for detail and excellent problem solving and analytical skills, able to bring clarity and structure to areas of ambiguity
