Job Summary

We are looking for a MarTech Product Owner who is highly proficient in Adobe Campaign Manager (ACM) or equivalent tool (e.g. SFMC) and can drive and manage marketing automation projects end to end.  A motivated, proactive, creative problem solver not afraid to challenge conventions and help drive positive business change, comfortable, based on circumstances, to wear both designer, business analyst and project manager hats. As a Product Owner, you will take the lead in defining and driving the capabilities that a solution must perform in support of the business needs and objectives. You will establish a collaborative relationship with Product and Segments, Digital, Marketing, Retail Analytics business and provide fully integrated solutions that tackle real world business problems.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Ability to translate business objectives into a product vision and comprehensive action plan. Ability to analyse and document complex business processes.
  • Bridge the gap between key business objectives and technical capabilities and to provide fully integrated solutions that tackle real world business problems. 
  • Establish a collaborative relationship with Product and Segments, Digital, Marketing and Retail Analytics business to support their strategic priorities.
  • Ability to strategize email marketing campaign. Knowledge of best practices for email creative and templates
  • Familiarity with planning, implementing and analysing online marketing initiatives across multiple online channels. Experience designing and executing online customer experiences and / or implementing online marketing programs
  • Working knowledge of customer data processes and solutions (customer hierarchy, address standardization and optimization, data enrichment)
  • Establish Campaign performance management framework and tracking to track business value deliver
  • Subject Matter Expert for Campaign Management on Adobe Campaign Manager or equivalent tool, e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Drive workshops to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Build, manage and prioritize Squad backlog in terms of user stories to achieve business goals, continuously keep the backlog up to date
  • Ensuring deliverables are of the desired quality and have appropriate endorsements/ sign-offs
  • Drive Business Enablement and Change Management activities to help countries with platform onboarding and adoption
  • Work with cross functional Group, regional and country teams to identify use cases. Execute those use cases as part of Agile Squad
  • Manage the relationship with all stakeholders and third parties/vendors.

  • Design thinking mindset, experience in Design Thinking and Human-Centered methodologies preferred
  • Strong presentation and communication skills to deal with a broad set of stakeholders, ability to tell a story through data, identify opportunities and drive action plans
  • Highly effective in a large virtual cross functional team aligning to/and multiple business and IT partners across different markets
  • Experience in building content email templates and flows in ACM. Work on HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Amp Script to update HTML based emails. 
  • Experience working in one of the areas preferred: CRM, Lead Management, Campaign Optimization
  • Prior experience setting up ACM for bank is preferred but not mandatory
  • Good knowledge of Confluence and JIRA to conduct above activities in enterprise agile environment

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelors / Master’s degree holder.
  • Certified Product Owner with strong understanding of the agile delivery principles and knowledge about Scrum. 3-5 years of experience in Agile Delivery as a Product Owner of MarTech or similar projects
  • Adobe Campaign Business Practitioner Certificate, Level: Expert. Deep understanding of Adobe Campaign Manager capabilities and hands-on experience in executing journeys/campaigns
  • Overall experience of 7-10 years of cross channel client engagement experience with at-least 3-5 years of experience in core and relevant field of setting up ACM is must 
  • Certified Product Owner, e.g. ICP - APO
  • Adobe Campaign Business Practitioner Certificate, Level: Expert
