Job Summary

  • Support the Product Owner Lead to realise business value through the creation and delivery of a product roadmap and it’s associated product backlog
  • Develop an understanding of all areas of the Group CLM Policy and Procedures as a foundation for creating supportive relationships with Policy and Process teams
  • Leading the valuation of business initiatives, requirements gathering and produce analysis artifacts to drive change initiatives: operating model, process maps and business requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the engagement of key stakeholders across client facing divisions, Legal and Compliance and Financial Crime Risk, etc.
  • Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements 
  • Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
  • Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the business initiatives and collaboration on epics and user stories
  • Within sprints, assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
  • Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
  • Research and analyse market, the users, and the roadmap for the product, feeding this into the Product ownership team
  • Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends

Skills and Experience

  • This role works within the Client Lifecycle Design and Management (CLDM) team to support the transformation of existing infrastructure to enable quality service to our clients and achieve regulatory compliance across the end-to-end client lifecycle, including coverage of AML, KYC, Tax, OTC reform and FM regulations
  • Agile experience
  • Product / System design experience
  • Experience in large stakeholder management / workshop facilitation

Qualifications

  • Works with the Product Owner Lead to develop, maintain and communicate the vision and roadmap of the cluster to squads and stakeholder
  • Ensures the cluster Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) are aligned with Hive OKRs
  • Provides necessary clarity to POs on prioritization and empower them to make independent delivery decisions in alignment with scorecard
  • Facilitates removal of blockers and impediments, including escalating and making decisions when there are conflicting priorities or trade-off decisions required across multiple product owners
