Key Responsibilities

Delivery Excellence

  • Deliver the domain’s Delivery Excellence agenda underpinned by a clear and compelling strategy to achieve productivity and efficiency benefits
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive transformational changes, ensuring efficient and effective implementation of the same
  • Improve Engineering experience and developer productivity by fostering better collaboration and removing process impediments without compromising governance controls
  • Promote productivity improvements by automation across SDLC process like automated CI/CD process, GitHub CoPilot adoption, etc..
  • Work with T&A team on tooling, automation frameworks for a frictionless developer experience which requires delivery management experience
  • Challenge the “as is” way of working across delivery, governance, operational model/structure by being data driven to support informed decision making and prioritisation that supports Group Strategy
  • Improve the effectiveness of Functional Governance Council, Tech Council, Architecture review, CAB process, etc..

Risk Management

  • Provide input to different risk and Governance bodies as key stakeholder for assessment and mitigation of risk.
  • Ensure a full understanding of the risk and control environment within CCIB.
  • Implement FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis) across CCIB to identify service reliability and service execution risk (subject to further discussion and FMEA becoming Risk control for Service Execution Process)
