Job Summary
• Programme Management Office role in the Regulatory Technology team within Markets Technology
• Responsible for preparation of programme materials for various programme management committees. Ensure programme management committee meetings are organised regularly with attendance of key stakeholders.
• Ensure that clear and accurate status reporting is being consolidated for further reviews with Programme Manager.
• Support senior programme office manager with programme office activities and deliverables across multiple projects/programmes within the Markets Regulatory Technology space.
• Work with Project Managers covering delivery across multiple teams. Ensure that project and programme delivery are following the bank’s change delivery standards.
• Support and ensure positive outcomes on any programme governance internal audits/control testing conducted.
• Manage all RAID and change requests in a structured fashion, providing governance visibility.
• Ensure consistent quality control and standards within the programme office: Track and monitor data quality of work items tracked in the bank’s software development/programme management tools.
• Track programme milestones in a structured fashion, providing governance visibility.
• Coordinate cross-stream delivery issues to resolution. Ensure project priorities, as defined through the respective project and programme governance committees, are followed.
• Track oversight of spend within defined thresholds for multiple projects/programmes.
• Assist in construction of annual budget requests for review with senior programme office manager and senior programme manager

Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Training: Agile methodologies and project management methodology
• Languages: English
Skills and Experience
• Agile methodology
• Project management methodology such as PMP
• Project management tools such as Microsoft Azure DevOps
• Major regulatory knowledge such as EMIR, SEC, MAS, HKMA, and others
• Markets Trade lifecycle knowledge
