Job Summary

In support of delivery of the Fit For Growth engine room to track and manage individual movement in the organisation, this role will support implementation, delivery and continuous improvement of the process. The role holder will be responsible for stakeholder management, and working across multiple source tools to establish a data base of movement attributed to Fit for Growth initiatives. The role holder will be data driven, analytical and able to manage complex movement scenarios as well as work closely with Finance to verify and track saves, redeployments and exits.

The role holder will work as part of a dynamic project team supporting multiple OD and non OD initiatives across Fit For Growth, flagging risks in a timely way, ensuring visibility of potential solutions and escalating where necessary. 

 

Key Responsibilities

Strategy
Execute key HR projects and initiatives aligned to the strategic priorities of [Function/Business/Country], as per the project plan

Business

•    Coordinate deliverables related to the People Plan, interacting with Business Leaders / People Leaders for implementation of agreed actions in line with FFG.
•    Track delivery of people objectives against the relevant business/function scorecard
•    Drive global performance and measurement requirements to support business deliverables


Processes

•    Prepare and analyse HR dashboards to proactively highlight and mitigate areas of concern as well as identify focus areas such as attrition, headcount and productivity
•    Ensure timely and periodic submission of people-related MI along with insights, to key forums

People and Talent 

•    Work alongside the relevant CoEs to build clear vision on talent, redeployment opportunities and skills deployment in line with the tooling in the organisation.
•    Work with HRBPs, COO office, BPMs and Finance as required in relation to headcount and budget information and forecasting 

Regulatory & Business Conduct

•    Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct. 
•    Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
•    Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Qualification and Experience

  • 8+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within global transformation programmes.
  • Knowledge and expertise of HR as a domain, ideally understanding of Organization Development.
  • Strong experience in Data Management, Data Quality, Data Integrity
  • Prior experience of tools such as Clarity, ADO and SAGE.
  • Prior experience of working across a global team, with multiple stakeholders in different locations and across a diverse stakeholder group.
  • Proven track record of delivering design/solutions as part of global transformation programmes
  • Exceptional communication skills, along with strong stakeholder management ability in handling wide ranging and senior stakeholders (across segments/product areas)
  • Proven ability to perform under a high pressure and dynamic environment
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) 
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently to tight deadlines
  • Ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of a diverse, global organisation.
