Our Information & Cyber Security (ICS) team sits within the Transformation, Technology & Operations (TTO) function and is responsible for all mission-critical and enterprise-wide areas of cybersecurity, including identity and access management, global threat intelligence, data protection, malware protection, and application and infrastructure security. These are challenges that impact our clients globally.

As a Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master in IAM, you will be spearheading strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with organisational goals, and fostering the collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance overall performance in analytics, strategy, and execution, thereby playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of ICS solutions. Key Responsibilities

Embed Here for good and Group’s brand and values in Identity and Access Management domain. Perform other responsibilities assigned under Group, Country, Business or Functional policies and procedures; Multiple functions (double hats).

You will be responsible for:
•    Business Delivery of the relevant ICS project [within Identity and Access Management domain]
•    Work closely with ICS and Front Office Stakeholders to ensure that requirements are in line with the bank’s strategy
•    Engage with third-party vendors as appropriate for the project
•    Enable Squad members to meet their expected outcomes by supporting them in problem identification, root cause analysis, and decision-making.
•    Improve Squad performance by applying effective performance management controls leveraging input from relevant stakeholders leading onto providing corrective actions when necessary.
•    Participate in Quarterly BRP and understand any new skills needed, resource demand management, risks, allocations.
•    Provides servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency to the team
•    Represent ICS across the Bank at key cross functional projects
•    Own and manage the project plan, financials, projections, issue/dependency tracking, resourcing and timescales for the Project
•    Advocate delivery excellence, minimising delivery risk
•    Follow the bank’s project methodology and drive enhancements to it where appropriate
•    Build relationships with key stakeholders: Business, Fellow Change leaders inside and outside of CSS and Front Office
•    Timely and clear communications to the stakeholder community
•    Manage projects in line with ePMO standards. Ensuring Clarity and ADO is up to date including Project static, RAG status, key milestones, financials, risks, dependencies, issues and resource forecasts, and they are tracked and reported to the appropriate governance bodies
•    Ensuring that all submissions to committees and working groups (Red Packs, Closure Reports, Benefit Reports, Progress Reports, etc.) are of the right quality and are timely

Strategy
•    Oversees the execution of functional standards and best practices to the members.
•    Acts as a conduit for the wider ICS domain strategy best practices.
•    Drive enhancements to align with evolving Build and Maintain construct.
Business
•    Responsible for balancing skills and capabilities across teams (squads) and hives in partnership with the Chief Product Owner, Hive Tech Lead & Hive Leadership, and in alignment with the fixed capacity model.
•    Responsible to evolve the craft towards improving automation, simplification and innovative use of latest market trends.
Processes
•    Follows the chapter operating model to ensure a system exists to continue to build capability and performance of the team.
People & Talent 
•    Define and reviews metrics on capabilities and performance across their area, has improvement backlog for initiatives and drives continual improvement of their initiatives
•    Focuses on the development of people and capabilities as the highest priority.
Risk Management
•    Responsible for effective capacity risk management across the initiative.
•    Ensures the project follows the standards with respect to risk management as applicable to their domain.
•    Adheres to common practices to mitigate risk in their respective domain.
Governance 
•    Ensure all artefacts and assurance deliverables are as per the required standards and policies (e.g., SCB Governance Standards, ESDLC etc.).

Regulatory & Business Conduct 
•    Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct. 
•    Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank
