Job Description: 

Job Summary

Supply Chain Management (SCM) is responsible for the full lifecycle management of the commercial relationship with its external third-party vendors. To meet increasing business and efficiency demands, the SCM team is looking for a candidate with the ability managing request within the SAP Ariba System (known internally in SCB as SCBuy). The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy as it relates to the base information required to raise workspaces relating to Sourcing Projects, Contracts and Vendor Management that will underpin the successful execution of sourcing and enable accurate reporting. 

Key Responsibilities

Tools & Processes
•    Creation, monitoring and administration of Sourcing Project meta data within the SCBuy Procurement 
       system. Documentation  of related documents and quality assuring SCBuy Critical Data Elements  (CDE)
•    Facilitate in :

•    Create Requests for Proposals (RFP) within SCBuy
•    Request Supplier on-boarding into Ariba as required
•    Contract workspace creation

•    Continuously support simplification and improvement of processes and applicable controls to realise efficiency

Stakeholder Management 
•    Work with Global Category Lead (GCL) , Global Category Manager (GCM) , Sourcing Manager , Cluster Lead to ensure that SAP Ariba System (known internally in SCB as SCBuy) is up to date and accurate.
•    Guides Business Stakeholders through the SAP Ariba System (known internally in SCB as SCBuy.
•    Provides guidance on SCM process, systems, policy and procedure.

Project Management
•    Ensures Sourcing Requests (SR) / Custom Form (CF) projects are prioritized and assign within agreed SLA turnaround time.
•    Ensures Purchasing Requisition accuracy and approve within agreed SLA turnaround time.
•    Supports sourcing initiatives within agreed target operating model.

Cross Functional Engagement
•    Raises and sees through any opportunities for improvement. 
•    Takes part in forums to assist process improvement teams as applicable.
•    Keeps open channels of communication to ensure high level of engagement within the team.
•    Contribute to process improvement initiatives

Risk Management
•    Operate in compliance with mandated sourcing processes, policies and procedures
•    Supports the business functional vendor management teams in day 2 supplier matters

Key Stakeholders
•    Key stakeholder interactions are SCM Global Category Leads/Category Managers /SCM operations
•    SCM  Cluster Leads, Country Leads, SCM Risk and Governance and Vendor Management.
•    Cross functional teams during category management development and during strategic sourcing events. This includes, but not limited to, Business stakeholders, Legal, Compliance, Tax and Finance

Sustainability
•    Educates the business on sustainable ways to procure goods and services and ensures continuous improvement in terms of adoption

Qualifications

•    Academic/ Professional Qualifications

•    At least a Degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Economics or Business Administration

•    Language Proficiency

•    Fluent in English. 
•    Vietnamese/Thai/Korean Language Skill is a significant advantage 

•    Experience

•    At least 2 years’ working experience a corporate environment
•    Previous experience of working within the Financial Services or technology sector is an advantage
•    Relevant experience in stakeholder management (i.e. practices, leadership, effectiveness).
•    Working with a SAP ERP system is an advantage
