Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Java Developer to join our dynamic new team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, with expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies. As a Senior Full Stack Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that meet our business needs – intraday Risk platform build-out.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using Java and related technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications are current and competitive.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications
Education Ms in a CS, Maths or Physics fiel
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in full stack development with a focus on Java.
• Expert with back-end technologies including Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs, GRPc
• Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL, ClickHouse, NoSQL, and ORM frameworks like Hibernate.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Knowledge of build tools such as Maven or Gradle.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Nice-to-have: experience in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and React.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with microservices/Event-Driven architectures.
• Experience with high-performance Risk technologies.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Used to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
