• [We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Intune & Endpoint Apps Engineer with strong expertise in Windows 11 and macOS endpoint management, application packaging automation, endpoint analytics (Nexthink), and Azure DevOps (ADO) pipelines.
• The role focuses on modern endpoint management using Microsoft Intune, driving automation-first application packaging, deploying security and compliance policies, and improving endpoint experience and insights at scale in an enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
Endpoint Management & Intune
• Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Intune for Windows 11 endpoints.
• Configure and maintain device configuration profiles, compliance policies, and security baselines via Intune.
• Deploy and manage security policies including endpoint hardening, application control, and compliance enforcement through Intune.
• Support enterprise-scale environments with a strong focus on stability, security, and user experience.
Application Packaging Automation
• Lead enterprise application packaging using IntuneWin and MSIX standards.
• Build and maintain automation pipelines in Azure DevOps (ADO) for application (AppLocker, app control for business, packaging, code signing, testing, and deployment.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell-based automation for packaging, validation, and deployment workflows.
• Drive standardisation and continuous improvement of the application lifecycle (build, release, update, retire).
Endpoint Analytics & Experience
• Implement and operate Nexthink for endpoint analytics and digital experience monitoring.
• Analyse endpoint performance, stability, and user experience metrics to proactively identify issues and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with engineering, security, and service teams to translate analytics insights into actionable improvements.
Security & Compliance
• Deploy and manage endpoint security policies through Intune in alignment with enterprise security standards.
• Support security initiatives such as application control, device compliance, and policy governance.
• Work closely with Cyber Security and Risk teams to ensure endpoint controls meet regulatory and audit requirements.
Operations & Engineering Excellence
• Provide L3/L4 support for complex endpoint, Intune, and application deployment issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes through automation and engineering improvements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and operational runbooks.
• Stay current with Microsoft Endpoint Management, Intune, Windows 11, macOS, and modern endpoint best practices.
Other activities:
Business
• Evaluate and identify operational risk implications of business strategies and programmes.
• Contribute to and ensure adoption of Workplace Technologies initiatives in the country / countries.
Processes
• Execution of CST / KCI for relevant processes in the country / countries.
• Support the business in the South Asia countries in minimizing operational risks and losses, and investigation of material operational losses to prevent recurrence.
Risk Management
• Ensure compliance with policies applicable to WORKPLACE TECHNOLOGIES which impact operational risk. Challenge processes, procedures, and policy if there is opportunity for efficiency improvements.
• Identify knowledge gaps, facilitate development of training on Operational Risk for business staff and country Risk &Control Teams.
• Drive improvements through the use of A3s
Governance
• Assist in the effective running of Country WORKPLACE TECHNOLOGIES Business Risk Forum (BRF).
• Ensure adequate governance and oversight of operational risk through the escalation and appropriate resolution of risk exposures to the Country Risk Committee (CRC) and Non Financial Risk Committees (NFRCs) as required.
• Escalate issues, blockages, challenges and trends to Business Heads, Head Risk & Control, as required.
Regulatory & Business Conduct

Key Requirements for the role:
• Knowledge of CCIB Client Coverage, Transaction Banking and Financial Markets products – to enable assessment of cross-business issues.
• Fair understanding of CCIB Credit Risks and assessment including credit analysis.
• Relevant business experience in operations, business analysis or project management.
• Strong analytical skills, detail-focused with the ability to interpret large volume of information.
• Problem solving skills with ability to influence across all levels of business.
• Ability to independently drive initiatives with minimum hands-on supervision.
