Job Summary
• The role suits an individual who can conceptualise, problem solve and possess the tenacity to develop SAP PaPM models in a global & dynamic set up with cross functional working groups across finance, operations, change and technology. The incumbent will conceptualise SAP PaPM business models, help design technology integrations and drive the development of scalable, flexible and future proof solutions. The solutions must meet the business objectives, align with Bank’s/function’s strategic infrastructure, which demands understanding of banks technology applications and data architecture. In addition to core modelling, a strong design acumen for strategic and enterprise grade product development is a key enabler of success.
• The ideal candidate should have experience in designing and developing SAP PaPM models, in large organisations
• and have delivered/deployed solutions in SAP eco system through enterprise change cycles. Prior experience in Finance/Bank and related use cases is considered favourably.
Key Responsibilities
The candidate in his capacity as senior expert helps in charting out and driving business outcome through business modelling and technology designing.
• Develop understanding of Finance processes and Profitability and Performance Management
• Deeply understand Bank’s/Function’s strategic technology roadmap wrt tooling, data, integrations, analytics/MI, architecture, infrastructure
• Own the bottom-line responsibility of strategic solution design and execution.
Design and develop PaPM models in SAP infrastructure.
Support design of SAP BW/ABAP/Fiori for integrations and user interaction with PaPM
• Own the technology build cycle from requirements to technology live by adhering to Bank’s change/technology governance
• Develop a strong internal network by
Proactively engaging key stakeholders across finance, operations, change and other technology teams
Representing the team and department at various working groups/ committees
Reaching out to other business areas/ regions to ensure best practice is implemented.
• Work closely with change and process owners to ensure a straight though solutioning, and timely, accurate and consistent delivery in use cases.
• Form strong relationships with internal stakeholders in Finance Global functions, Analytics Leads, System Reliability and engineering Leads, Architects, engineering Leads
• Regular briefing and knowledge sharing in the eco system across locations on product, technology roadmap, Analytics themes.

Qualifications
• Strong academic record at bachelor’s or master’s degree level in Technology, Finance, or related field from a well-recognized institution
• Excellent front to back experience and expertise in SAP Product eco system, Technology Design, Delivery (Requirements to Tech Live) in Finance/Global Enterprise set up.
• Proven strategic and analytical skills with a strong appetite for defining problems and offering solutions across SAP PaPM and other SAP Technologies.
• Understanding of Technology architecture, design to drive Engineering excellence and a system-view of technology and process to offer enterprise grade solutions to business problems.
• Prior experience in Global Finance Service, Enterprise Product development, sap solutioning, embedment in an industry technology landscape
