Job Summary
Strategy
• Responsible for the delivery of all outcomes to support TTO Investments Finance Group FP&A requirements.. Provide value add through comprehensive understanding of financials, business context and analysis to support their decision making and strategic development.
Processes
• The role supports TTO Investments Finance
Business
• Liase with QPRs in addressing and resolving data quality issues on new Ways of Working in Clarity
• Ideate and deliver enhancements in Clarity to continuously improve efficiency and liase with Clarity Team and QPRs to perform UAT
• Quarterly review and executing the process of billing recharge keys
• Establish controls around Capitalisation process, highlight risk items and drive corrective actions
• Responsibility for owning end to end reporting & analytics for Investments.
• Support the requirements of monthly and quarterly performance reviews with the Investments Head by preparing relevant financials, analytics and presentations
• Publish insightful Investments related MI to Group & business teams
• Support Planning process for Investments related costs, pan Bank, working closely with ACFOs and project management teams on planning
• Tracking MT Targets in Clarity (Project Planning & Management Tool) - Publish MI on movements in target
• Governance around upstream and downstream processes including monthly accounting and controls processes for investments related costs
• Front end the coordination and support during forecasting, budgeting and monthly reporting cycles with Investments Finance Head
• Establish controls around reported Software Assets Balance Sheet numbers, highlight risk items and drive corrective action
• Support annual impairment exercise for software assets
• Ensure impact on business performance outcomes is managed due to change in upstream or downstream processes and systems
People & Talent
• End to end support to the Group Investments team covering all outcomes for e.g. reports, analytics, planning and partnering with various finance and business stakeholders
Risk Management
• Ensure compliance with Group /IFRS accounting principles and practices, Financial Control policy, and other regulatory accounting guidelines
• Periodical review and perform GL v/s Clarity reconciliation to identify gaps and provide suggestions to concern teams fordata fixes
Governance
• End to end support to the Group Investments team covering all outcomes for e.g. reports, analytics, planning and partnering with various finance and business stakeholders
• Lead and manage the team and to develop the staff to take up different/more value added roles
• Contribute in any ad-hoc finance related projects, including providing support to Finance Transformation initiatives as well as simplification of bank process
