Title: Senior Manager, Trade & Regulatory Control - Onboarding

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Markets Trade & Regulatory Control function responsible to enable Proactive Risk Management via execution of trade and regulatory controls across Markets Business, that adhere to Regulatory guidelines and uphold high standards of operational integrity. We are trusted partners to Markets Business delivering superior risk management practices, Control execution and generate data driven actionable insights to drive informed decision making.
- This role forms part of the Regulatory Onboarding Control function within the broader Markets Trade & Regulatory Control team. SME role to build and design Regulatory Onboarding Controls to adopt strategic workflow solutions which adhere to CIB Onboarding standards and meet Regulatory guidelines.
- Execute the strategic roadmap and remediation plan to build Regulatory Onboarding Controls framework.
- Establish Controls governance to ensure Regulatory Control team meets CIB Onboarding Control standards and Audit requirements.
- Conduct Risk Control Self-Assessment for Client Onboarding process and Controls, to ensure key Controls designed and operating effectively. Define Risk Treatment Plan for the Self-Identified Issue remediation and track closure.
- Define and execute Control framework to ensure Client agreements drafted in accordance to Legal standards and Regulations.
- Collaborate with Markets Business COO, Compliance, Client Relationship Managers, Onboarding team and Technology to support Business & Client Enablement initiatives and Regulatory Compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovate:
- Partner with Technology to deliver Transformation
- Work with Client RMs and Onboarding team to deliver seamless Client Onboarding process, aligned to Onboarding Regulatory requirements.
- Adherence to Ops Risk Standards of risk management, Control implementation and process management
- Oversight of Daily Productivity, KPI, KCI and Capacity metrics
- Represent the team across various internal forums and Working Groups to ensure any Regulatory, Internal process and Technology changes impacting Onboarding Controls are assessed prior rollout.

- Experienced people manager adept in managing teams across geographies
- Financial Market product and process knowledge
Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma qualified with relevant Business experience
- Preferred experience across Change initiatives, with exposure to Project delivery roles
