Job Summary

Strategy
•    Partner with senior leaders to drive and deliver on performance management reporting and analytics through high-quality executive deck.
•    Engagement with senior stakeholders like TB CFO, Trade and Cash CFO & TBMT members.
Business
•    Manage end-to-end delivery of Group TB - CCIB, including review of key reports to senior management (MBR, Monthly Flash and Outlook, IR related deliverables, Corporate Plan and other key strategic deliverables). 
•    Review various financial processes done by other GPO teams, ensure that the quality is not compromised and be on top of all financial activities end to end - Budgeting, Planning & Forecasting, Management reporting, Financial Analysis, Variance Analysis, Headcount reporting, Efficiency tracking, Accounting & Closing and other FP&A activities.
•    Understanding the financial processes end to end and quick in understanding the ad hoc requirements with ensuring quality and TAT of the output.
Processes
•    Driving process improvement, efficiency and resolving core business issues in the team.
•    Ensure highest quality of the reports produced by the team, whilst being on top of relevant processes and timelines end to end.
•    Continuously reviewing all processes to identify opportunities for process improvements.
•    Continuous improvement in Productivity to drive the efficiencies in the team.


People & Talent 
•    Stakeholder management and escalation handling.
•    Working with the other team leaders and across the Global Financial Service functions to ensure co-operation and smooth operations.
 

Key Responsibilities

Risk Management

Key Competencies & Experience:
•    Strong Analytical and Strategic mindset coupled with a thorough understanding of Business Performance. 
•    Ability to understand and connect business drivers and rationale to apply them across relevant performance management outcomes
•    Ability to work effectively under pressure, multitask, have a sense of urgency to priorities core asks and lead through ambiguities.
•    Should be able to influence cross functional teams and senior stakeholders that enables agreeing solutions in an unstructured environment. 
•    A team player with the management ability and track record to secure the confidence and respect of peers, stakeholders and the management team 
•    Experience of having led large teams including senior & experienced professionals.
•    Have worked in Financial Planning & Analysis, Variance Analysis, Stakeholder management, MI Reporting.
•    Ability to understand and connect business drivers and rationale for and application of those relevant to the Performance management process.
•    Experience in managing/mentoring individuals and nurturing relationships across stakeholders.
•    Ability to culturally orient in diverse & international team environment and lead and inspire multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications
