Job Summary

•    We are currently looking for a Senior Manager – Data Solutions & Analytics to contribute to the data Science projects across Corporate, Commercial and Investment Banking (CIB).  
•    The role is at Senior Manager in the Transaction Banking team of CIB based in Bangalore. Innovative big data and machine learning solutions are a key priority for the Bank as part of investments in creating value-add services for clients, creating, or joining new consortiums and enabling new business models. This role is to contribute to the development of data Science projects. 
•    Strategic data initiatives in CCIB creates differentiated digital capabilities for clients to access the Bank's transactional services in over 50 markets efficiently and securely. This includes internet and mobile banking for global business clients, direct integration options, as well as services through third parties. 

Key Responsibilities

Strategy
•    Work with Transaction Banking stakeholders and partners to develop analytics solutions to create significant value for internal and external customers. 
•    Engage with cross functional teams across product, sales, risk, and operations for successful deployment of data analytics solutions.
•    Perform detailed data analysis and develop AI/ML models, rules and algorithms from structured and unstructured based on the project requirement. 
•    Develop dynamic dashboard to visualize the data insight for easy consumption by business stakeholders.
•    Work with technology team to define the data structure and DQ framework to maintain the quality and the accuracy of the data. 
•    Manage stakeholder expectations and proactive management of any roadblock / challenges.
•    Ensuring data analytics solutions are compliant to internal policies and regulatory requirements (e.g. data access policies).  Partner with CIB Platforms team to ensure adherence to target architecture. 
•    Experienced working in an offshore model is required since role will be based in Bangalore with business stakeholders in Singapore and other overseas locations.
•    Prior experience in Commercial Banking domain is must.

Qualifications

•    University Degree or equivalent, preferably in computer science, engineering or analytical discipline, e.g. mathematics, statistics, IT, economics, finance, accounting.
•    Minimum 8+ years working experience in data Science domain, preferably in consultancy or financial industry
•    Ability to translate the business problems and requirements into analytics solutions.
•    In-depth knowledge of digital banking, commercial banking products and the overall industry a strong plus
•    Good verbal and written communication skills. 
•    Excellent stakeholder management skills
•    Self-motivated. Can-do spirit
