Title: Senior Manager - Learning Experience Design & Development

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Communications & Learning Content Design Specialist to join our team. This role plays a pivotal part in crafting and executing strategic communication initiatives and engagement programs across teams. From newsletters to leadership connect events and wellbeing initiatives, you’ll drive internal communication efforts that shape culture, build engagement, and enhance clarity across functions. They would also support the Learning team to design content.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy
Strategic Communication:
• Own and publish the GBS/IMO/CLDM bi-weekly newsletter, curating stories that celebrate team wins, initiatives, and leadership messages.
• Deliver monthly Quick Tips focused on enhancing productivity, communication, and virtual collaboration.
• Drive festive mailers, promotion announcements (April/Dec), and year-end messaging that reflect the team’s culture and values.
• Support My Voice survey campaigns including pre-mailers, results announcements, and action plan communications.
• Develop and coordinate wellbeing mailers aligned with initiatives such as Unmind.
• Respond to ad hoc communication needs such as leadership decks, business updates, and internal campaigns
Business
Support Communication and Learning Content design for Client Coverage Delivery Operations teams.
Processes
Strategic Communication:

People & Talent
Events & Engagement:
• Partner with internal stakeholders to organize and promote:
• Appreciation Ceremonies (Quarterly)
• TED Talk series – ideation, nominations, and event coordination
• Townhalls, Fireside Chats
• Fusion Forum Clubs (Digital, Data, AI, etc.)
• Festive activities and local events coordination
• Breakfast/Coffee Connects with leadership.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or related field.
Skills and Experience
• Corporate communications, employee engagement, or internal branding.
• Written Communication skills
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
• Experience with tools like MS Office, Canva, SharePoint, or other content management platforms.
• A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and strong coordination skills.
