Title: Senior Manager - WRB Analytics Operations

Job Summary
- Providing guidance to direct reports, typically comprising first-line managers and supervisors.
- Ensuring clarity around priorities and goals for the entire functional area.
- Approving requests for a certain level of authority.
- Ensure team members utilize consultative techniques for assessing process improvement opportunities within the organization through dialogue with operational leaders and team members
- Lead strategy to drive best practices for the Omni-channel customer analysis, insights, and development of testing strategies through both short term and long-term data analytics
- Use quantitative analysis to develop key hypotheses and considerations on customer engagement initiatives
- Provide compilation of analysis and results in presentation format, complete with timely and actionable recommendations for implementation
- Manage projects with strong technical and data driven components
- Work closely with the Campaign Management team on program setup and testing framework/tactics
Key Responsibilities
- Translates Business Strategic plans into actionable analytical insights & solutions. And communicates across all levels and with senior executives.
- Design, develop and maintain scalable, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, dashboards that will support the analytical and business needs.
- Taking disparate data and connecting the dots to craft meaningful narratives that help the business look around corners. Diving deep into data to understand not only the ‘what’, but the ‘so what’ and ‘now what’.
- Identify, develop, manage, and execute analyses to uncover areas of opportunity and present written business recommendations that help shape our business roadmap.
- Design, execute and optimize campaigns that deliver on business objectives and ensure reach into target audience, and continued nurture and qualification of leads.
- Lead recurring meeting cadence with key onshore stakeholders to ensure timely and on-target execution of campaigns.
- Perform deep dive data analytics to drive end-to-end campaign effectiveness and overall financial performance KPI’s
- Establish clear and well documented business processes, establish checking & mitigation mechanism to ensure proper implementation.
- Provide End-to-end support from Analytics to Campaign / Fulfilment Leads extraction and execution
- Be the internal consultant to business for strategic decisioning requiring data analytics by participating in various forums / squads for exchange of ideas / business priorities / presenting self-initiated product deep dives in these discussions.
- Proactively supports transformational initiatives & innovative analytical thinking & solutions that results into improved business performance.
- Manage adhoc management analytics-related requests and delivery of the same within the required timelines.
- The role requires close partnership with Hong Kong Wealth and Retail Banking (WRB) country stakeholders, group stakeholders from SBIM / MarTech and other group/global stakeholders for all analysis requirements pertaining to retail products / segments.

Qualifications
• University Degree or equivalent, preferably in computer science, engineering or analytical discipline, e.g. mathematics, statistics, IT, economics, finance, accounting.
Requirements:
Mandatory :
• Minimum 8+ years working experience in data analytics or business intelligence units, preferably in financial industry.
• Proficient with tools like Dataiku and Programming languages like SAS/SQL, Python, Hadoop
• Proficient with Data Visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, MSTR
• Mar-tech campaign and analytic tools such as PEGA-RTIM, and ACM, AA.
• Strong understanding of business domain, its strategic direction, functional goals, and the required technical & functional expertise
• Solid analytical/logical mindset and attention to detail
• Team-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Inquisitive, enthusiastic and a self-starter
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and excellent follow-through
• Highly effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent relationship building and senior stakeholder management skills.
• Able to operate effectively in a complex matrix driven environment.
