Lead the end-to-end delivery of analytics and reporting solutions by partnering with business stakeholders, analytics teams, and technology teams to translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans. The role is responsible for requirements management, solution documentation, project coordination, stakeholder engagement, governance oversight, and ensuring successful implementation of analytics products.
The successful candidate will drive delivery excellence while ensuring solutions are aligned to business objectives, user needs, and enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy
• Support the execution of analytics and reporting initiatives aligned to business priorities and strategic objectives.
• Drive structured requirements management and solution planning to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery effectiveness, stakeholder engagement, and solution adoption.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery frameworks, documentation standards, and governance practices.
Business
• Engage business stakeholders to understand objectives, pain points, processes, and reporting requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement gathering sessions to define business needs and success criteria.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and solution specifications.
• Act as the primary liaison between business users, analytics teams, and technology teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on scope, priorities, and delivery timelines.
Processes
• Manage end-to-end project delivery from requirement definition through solution implementation and post-launch support.
• Develop and maintain project plans, requirement documents, user stories, process maps, test cases, and deployment documentation.
• Coordinate development activities with dashboard developers, data engineers, and analytics teams.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), defect management, and implementation readiness activities.
• Monitor project progress, dependencies, risks, and issues to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure delivery artefacts are maintained and comply with established documentation standards.
People & Talent
• Foster strong collaboration between business, analytics, and technology teams.
• Support knowledge sharing and best practice adoption across project teams.
• Guide stakeholders through requirement definition, prioritisation, testing, and implementation activities.
• Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Risk Management
• Identify and proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery constraints.
• Ensure changes to scope, requirements, and priorities are appropriately assessed and governed.
• Support mitigation planning and escalation of delivery risks where required.
• Ensure solution requirements are validated and agreed before development commences.
• Monitor adherence to agreed standards and quality requirements to minimise rework and delivery delays.
• Support compliance with organisational policies, accessibility requirements, and user experience standards where applicable.
Governance
• Ensure adherence to project governance, documentation standards, and delivery methodologies.
• Maintain audit-ready project documentation, requirements repositories, and decision logs.
• Track project status, milestones, risks, and key delivery metrics.
• Support governance forums, steering committees, and stakeholder reporting activities.
• Ensure solutions comply with agreed business requirements, quality standards, and implementation controls.

Skills and Experience
• 5–10 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, Product Delivery, Analytics Delivery, or related disciplines.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience gathering, analysing, and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Strong project management skills with experience managing end-to-end delivery of analytics, reporting, or technology initiatives.
• Experience developing user stories, process flows, business requirements documents, functional specifications, and test plans.
• Experience working closely with developers, data engineers, analytics teams, and business stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience coordinating UAT, implementation planning, and production rollout activities.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office, Visio, or equivalent delivery and documentation tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of Tableau, Figma, SQL, or analytics platforms will be advantageous.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and effectively navigate complex stakeholder environments.
