JOB SUMMARY
Role is for the developer with
• Responsible to lead one or more teams for the development of backend applications and components
• Collaborate with Engg lead, PO and other stakeholders for delivery activities
• Actively participate in requirement discussion during grooming and planning
• Partner with team and during planning and implementation phase to ensure the timely delivery of the committed stories.
• Mentor new members and junior developers showing positivity and clear direction.
• Demonstrate ownership and show accountability for the respective application/domain.
• Coordinate with architects for design and implementation
• Willing to be part of a squad which owns end to end responsibilities including production support.
• Ensure and guide the team on the below aspects
• Build reusable components as desirable during implementation.
• Implement modules as per the standards and guidelines.
• Ensure effective unit test cases are written as part of the development.
• Proactively fix defects as and when found and strive to keep the stability of the application intact.

• Education - Graduate/Engineer in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
