Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled BI Developer to join our data analytics team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in developing and maintaining dashboards and reports using Apache Superset and MicroStrategy (MSTR). You will work closely with business users, analysts, and data engineers to transform raw data into actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

•    Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Superset and MSTR.
•    Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions.
•    Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data models and data pipelines are optimized for reporting.
•    Perform data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy and performance.
•    Implement role-based access and security within BI tools.
•    Provide support and training to business users on using dashboards effectively.
•    Monitor BI system performance and suggest improvements.
•    Stay up-to-date with new features and best practices in Superset, MSTR, and BI technologies.

Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
•    4+ years of experience in BI development.
•    Strong hands-on experience with Apache Superset and MicroStrategy.
•    Proficient in SQL and working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Snowflake, etc.).
•    Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
•    Good understanding of REST APIs, filters, parameters, and visual storytelling.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Excellent communication and documentation skills.
