Job Summary
• IT Analyst for Risk & CFCC Technology will be working on the UI based applications within Risk & CFCC Tech domain. The IT analyst shall utilize their domain knowledge and technical knowledge to implement technology solutions addressing the needs of the biz.
• The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate an understanding of Risk & CFCC processes and have a proven track record in leading and performing business analysis. The candidate should also have a good understanding of related technology applications which service the domain in addition to operational processes.
Strategy
• Consistently capture requirements that are complete & unambiguous.
• Accurately translate business requirements into functionality.
• Consistently identify future states that address business problems.
• Document traceability of existing to migrated system & document delta data mapping.
Processes
• Requirements solicitation from stakeholders / subject matter experts / end users.
• Documenting the requirements in the form of user stories and writing acceptance criteria.
• Mapping the As-Is Process and To-Be Process.
• Analysing data to validate / challenge and refine requirements.
• Partner with the technology team to ensure solution definition meets requirements.
• Validating the design documents to ensure its accuracy.
• Review (and / or test) the outcomes to ensure that the deliverables meet the quality requirements.
• Ensure that regular updates are provided to the stakeholders.
• Manage any key risks or issues identified with timely escalation as required.
• Ensure adherence to the standards mandated by SCB for project analysis and delivery.

People & Talent
• 4+ years of experience as an Analyst working with business.
• Experience of Agile / Scrum development methodologies
• Exposure to UI application build & SQL
• Develop and sustain good relationships with stakeholders & colleagues.
• Support faster delivery by enforcing the use of agile delivery tools.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good documentation and presentation skills.
