Job Summary
This role is within the Security Monitoring & Analytics service line and supports the Cyber Defence Centre (CDC) to identify, develop, and implement threat use cases. The candidate will work closely with the Cyber Defence Center (CDC) and Cyber Threat Use Case Manager to drive and continuously enhance threat use cases and mature the Alerting and Detection strategy across the bank.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, train and fine-tunes large-scale language models using state-of-the-art deep learning techniques and NLP architectures (i.e., GPT, BERT, T5 etc)
- Create and optimize data processing pipelines to clean, tokenize, and vectorize large, structure and unstructured text dataset, ensure high-quality data is into models for training and evaluation.
- Fine-tune pre-trained language models on domain specific datasets to improve performance for various use-cases, such as text summarization, question answering, sentiment Investigation and entity recognition.
- Responsible for leveraging AI agents and LLMs to extract valuable insights from security data and enabling proactive threat detection, vulnerability assessment, and automated response to enhance the organization’s overall security posture.
- Responsible for designing and architecting the orchestration of agentic frameworks, ensuring seamless integration and coordination of AI agents to automate complex workflows, enhance decision-making, and optimize system performance across cloud-native environments.
- Automate analysis, security testing, vulnerability discoveries, threat intelligence gathering and consuming threat feeds to track adversaries. Work closely with Threat Intelligence, Cyber Defence Center, and business stakeholders to identify potential threat scenarios and translate them into threat use cases. Identify and improve orchestration, data enrichment and triage capabilities through SOAR platform and improve decision making with LLMs and AI agents.
Skills and Experience
• Minimum 5+ year experience in Python and its AI/ML ecosystems i.e., PyTorch, Tensorflow etc.
• Expected to have strong knowledge and hands on experience with agentic frameworks, including the development and integration of AI agents and LLMs for automating complex decision-making process and intelligen system interactions.
• Should have experience in deploying NLP models and agentic frameworks to production environments ensuring scalability, low latency, and high availability.
• Should have continuously optimize the performance of models by experimenting with the hyperparameters, model architectures, and resource efficient techniques to balance accuracy, inference speed and computational cost.
• Proficient in writing and consuming RESTful APIs using python or other programming languages, enabling seamless integration between services, data retrieval, and efficient communication with microservice architecture.
• Must have hands-on experience in configuring and deploying services to cloud-native environments such as OpenShift (OCP) and Kubernetes, ensuring seamless scalability, security, and high availability in containerized infrastructure.
• Experience with Apache airflow and similar orchestration tools, utilizing them to automate schedule, and monitor complex data workflows and ETL pipelines, ensuring seamless and efficient execution of tasks in cloud-native environments.
