Job Summary
Manages and maintains the platform that delivers online learning, training, and development programs. They are responsible for ensuring the system functions smoothly, users can access and utilize the platform effectively, and the learning experience is optimized. This includes system configuration, user management, content creation, troubleshooting, and providing support.
Working with vendors and stakeholders to implement and improve learning initiatives. Uploading, organizing, and managing course materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and relevant. Identifying opportunities to enhance the learning experience and improve the efficiency of the LMS.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse the PR tagging logic as per the target audience requirements
Convert the tagging logic to a PR script
Deployment of Courses
Certification and Curriculums creations
L3 query Support
SABA/LMS quarterly update testing
Security roles
Documentation
debugging interfaces between HRMS and LMS
Excel Dashboard preparation
Notifications configuration and identifying the root cause if an issue occurred (RCA)
Inspect people feed on a daily basis and ensure the creation/update of user profiles flow to the system by removing errors
Solutioning to the business in terms of rolling out trainings and implement complex criteria’s in PR to achieve customer expectation
