Job Summary

• Planning and managing Client coverage application releases
• Manage release readiness for Application releases / production changes
• Having good knowledge of SIA  (Security impact assessment ) and manage SIA for application releases / changes for closure
• Good working knowledge in ADO / Devops tools
• Raise and manage change request for production changes – end to end using service now tool
• Ensure change management metrics and change data qualite hygiene for all changes created.
• Ensure ESDLC process metrics are met for all pre and post release reviews
• Engaging closely with the engineering team to help determine the best technical implementation methods as well as a reasonable execution schedule.
• Having good knowledge of agile process 
• Pushing agile agenda through better collaboration and communication both within the teams as well as across partner teams
• Working with stakeholders including the Executives, Product, Design, Implementation, infrastructure and interface teams to align the project delivery
• Identifying, designing, and implementing internal process improvements
• Having strong analytic skills

• Adhere to release and change management process,
•  ESDLC process followed in bank

People & Talent
• Have good knowledge in devops and ADO tools , Service now tool
• Good knowledge in SIA process and controls 

Risk Management
• Ensure no open risk related to release / change management for CC applications

Governance
• Manage Production change governance end to end
• Manage Security Impact assessment for all application changes

• Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct. 
• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.
