Job Summary

  • Plan, Design and implement Test Automation Framework required for fully automating the testing of the application 
  • Adhere to Behaviour Driven Development (BDD) methodology in front-running test automation alongside development. 
  • Plan and execute activities in relation to test preparation scripting, execution and reporting
  • Work within Agile team and support both automation test activities
  • Create and expend Test automation frameworks with Genie framework.
  • Prepare the Automation Test Strategy and roadmap for the area.
  • Communicate to Scrum Master and stakeholders on the Test Status, risks and issue resolution

  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters. 

Key stakeholders

  • IT & Regulatory Operations Teams across Bangalore, TEDA, Singapore, UK and USA

Skills and Experience

  • 5-8 years using test automation frameworks: Java + Selenium
  • Performance Testing tools such as Jmeter / Load Runner
  • Hands on experience on DB level and service level testing, ETL
  • Experience in Automation testing using BDD Cucumber framework and have used tools like GIT/Stash and Jenkin
  • Cucumber testing framework, Gherkin test-case definition language
  • HTML5, DOM model, XML, XPATH, JavaScript, SQL
  • Knowledge in Integrated Development Environment (IDE) such as Eclipse and IntelliJ

Qualifications

  • Masters or Bachelors Degree in Computers/IT/Engineering preferred.
