Strategy

  • Awareness and understanding of the business strategy and model defined for the project.

  • Understanding of delivery and business process defined by the project.

Processes

  • Responsible for executing and supervising the design and development process.

People & Talent

  • Expert in NodeJS, Postgress DB, AWS cloud
  • Delivery responsibility for all the modules (Schedule, Cost and Quality)
  • Defining the development plans and tracking of the plan
  • Escalation to the next level for any issues
  • Interacting with internal stakeholders Testing, Environment, Configuration Management teams, interfacing teams for project implementation as required
  • Tracking  JIRA defects to closure
  • Tracking quality goals and risks for his assigned modules
  • Perform Proof of concepts for new technologies and other strategic technology initiatives
  • Contributes to development of standards and frameworks for the organization
  • Participates in product selection, architecture reviews, technical audits
  • Design and implement solutions based on SCB standards
  • Contributes to capacity and performance testing activities
  • Use standard emerging technologies in application development
  • Use SCB development framework

  • Working with the project team throughout the life cycle of the project in terms of technical delivery and implementation
  • Reviewing code standards used
  • Prepare/Review Technical specification
  • Strictly follow SCM process in coding, testing, release
  • Identifying reusable components for own projects and contribute to the organization repository
  • Manage scope changes for own module
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer within own team and PSS teams
  • Input in to AIG, ASRM from own module prospective
  • Maintain traceability matrix at module level

Risk Management

  • Responsibilities relating to identifying, assessing, monitoring, controlling and mitigating risks 

Governance

  • Responsible for assessing the effectiveness of the solution provide.

  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct. 
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.
