Job Summary
JOB SUMMAR
• The purpose of the UAT Analyst role is manage the Project and People right from the time the “Product and build” is made available to the time when the “Post Go Live support” is implemented as BAU from a UAT perspective. To ensure that the system has been thoroughly tested in a ‘like live’ environment and meets the end user expectations of the system functionality. The testing conducted by the UAT team uncovers any potential issue before the system goes live and generally gives confidence to the end users that the system will work fine when it goes live after the UAT
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strateg

Business
• Review and approve the UAT Design test scenarios, created test cases and test scripts – positive as well as negative - to support the different scenarios from various scoped UAT Projects
• Ensure full test coverage of the ADO Requirements assigned to the analyst with very effective traceability Matrix.
• Agree on all the scoped UAT release milestones with the UAT Lead and implement the same
Key Responsibilities
Processe
• Ensure all documentations for UAT are in place. Viz.. The UAT Test Strategy and UAT Approach and signed off by Product and Process owner (release specific revisions)
• Ensure environment readiness before start of test script execution. Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve any environment issue well ahead of execution.
• Review and approve UAT Entry Criteria est scripts as per test plan and update JIRA with test results and evidence
• Provide regular updates on test execution progress to UAT Lead
• Participate in UAT and defect triage meetings
• Highlight issues and defects identified during test execution to UAT Lead and other stakeholders.
• Discuss defect priority in relevant defect calls and coordinate with BA, Development, Project Manager to ensure appropriate resolution

• Work closely with Product team, Business Operation staff, Release management teams, Compliance, Technology and Project Managers

Risk Management
• Ensure risks to project milestones are highlighted at appropriate forums
• Monitor all major risk issues and concentrations. Where appropriate, direct remedial action and/or ensure adequate reporting to Risk Committees

Qualifications
• Good team player

• Should be a minimum of 2 years with SCB and on a UAT Analyst role
• Hands on experience working with SCB Projects
• Ability to take initiative, identify opportunities and work with minimal management oversight to drive the best outcome possible
• Excellent written, communication and presentation skills; able to effectively engage, influence and manage senior business stakeholders
Problem Solving Skills – ability to think ‘Out of the Box’ and independently work around issues that arise from time to time
