Title: Sr Manager Insights & Analytics

Key Responsibilities
This role is under the Frontline Insights and Analytics team in the Broader Frontline Performance, Client Coverage Business Development Team. The team is responsible for delivering Insights to the Frontline in the form of Client Wallets and Competitor Analysis, Company Performance, Key Market Events and Reporting.
- Responsible for maintaining and improve the quality of data exchanged with external third-party vendors.
- Develop and maintain vendor submissions and transposing external data into easily consumable insights.
- Collaborate with the Frontline across Client Coverage, Transaction Banking and Financial Markets to design and develop new insights.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationship with key stakeholders.
- Assist in creation of presentations and delivery of insights to Frontline across Coverage and FI.
- Collaborate with Business, Technology and Product Owners to implement new changes in dashboards, reports, and insights.
- Assist Product Owner in creating well constructive and informative user stories, refining with technology and assisting with user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Understand the current manual practices / pain points of frontline teams and drive strategic initiatives.
- Identify the opportunities to grow the business based on past performance.
- Support frontline team queries on the dashboards and reports.
Strategy
- Understand CCIB business strategy and the Business Development role in driving the delivery of our client proposition, commercialisation, and frontline effectiveness.
Business
- Support the broader Business Development strategy to deliver Insights to the Frontline in a timely manner.
- Leverage best practices to develop, maintain and automate the integration of third-party vendor data.
- Design best practices to transpose vendor data into easily consumable insights for the Frontline.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external third-party vendors.
Processes
- Develop and maintain data resolution with third party vendors,
- Operate end-to-end submissions and Frontline reporting preparation.
- Automate processes to build scale and improve controls across the end-to-end workflow.
- Support the broader Business Development team to drive Frontline adoption
Risk Management
- Identify, assess, and control risks related to the Bank’s interactions with external vendors
Governance
- Ensure awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework in which the Group operates and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role.
- Deliver effective governance in compliance with applicable internal policies and external laws and regulations, overseeing changes in business controls as required.

Skills and Experience
- Knowledge of banking processes
- Analytical thinking and strong presentation skills
- Addressing Frontline Needs – Products and Processes
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint
- Knowledge of human centered design (Preferred)
- Direct experience in the frontline (Preferred)
Qualifications
- Experience in Banking with financial background.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience working with financial, client static data / reporting.
- Experience in identifying the data insights.
- Exposure to data mapping and modelling.
- Track-record of driving demonstrable commercial change within current/previous role or team.
- Effective communication with internal Frontline facing stakeholders and external vendors.
- Experience in managing stakeholders across different regions or countries and different business areas
- Identify the right data points for persona-based management reporting.
- Experience in deep dive analysis and provide data driven decisions to business problems.
- Strong presentation skills
- Proactive, self-starter, autonomous and able to independently drive business orientated outcomes.
- Desire to understand Frontline processes and SCB value proposition
