Job Summary
Highly motivated individual contributor with expertise in automation tests: rest assured and selenium, functional and manual tests. Good knowledge of FX banking domain
Strategy
• Identify the correct candidates for test automation, ensure quality automation code
• Ensure that functional and automation regression testing cycles can be executed by a wide audience, not just by testers.
• Perform root cause analysis of issues to assist in determining the source of problems.
• Utilise ADO to effectively categorise and track issues raised during the testing cycle.
• Demonstrate effective and accurate test scheduling skills in line with other project deliverables.
Business
• Design and execute high-quality test cases based on accurate business requirements analysis.
• Maintain a testing structure to facilitate future additions / amendments and ongoing execution.
• Champion and implement performance test for each high load workflow in the application and analyse the same to provide correct picture of application load handling in production environment.
Processes
• Participate in regular testing review meetings and conduct proactive data analysis on all metrics, including daily / weekly / monthly reports.
• Constantly analyse, enhance and seek to improve the testing processes employed.
• Automation experience utilising modern software tools.
• Technical skill set: Java (Primary), Selenium, Rest Assured, SQL, Unix

• Have extensive experience working within FX banking domain
• Should have good understanding of functional flows/pro in analysing business requirements/translating them into test cases and efficiently executing them
