Title: Sr. Manager, Data & Analytics

Job Summary
• Gather functional requirements and translate them into technical designs for Python-based applications integrated with SAP HANA Cloud and Gen AI capabilities.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python applications, leveraging SAP HANA Cloud for data management and LangChain/LangGraph for advanced AI workflows.
• Take ownership of feature development, from requirements to deployment, delivering end-to-end solutions with minimal supervision.
• Write efficient, reusable, and well-documented Python code, optimizing for performance, scalability, and maintainability in Gen AI and SAP HANA Cloud environments.
• Collaborate with data scientists, backend developers, and UX designers to integrate Gen AI features, such as agent-based interactions or RAG, into applications.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues in Python applications, SAP HANA Cloud integrations, or Gen AI workflows, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Adhere to coding standards, conduct code reviews, and implement unit/integration tests to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Leverage LangChain, LangGraph, and Gen AI frameworks to enhance application functionality, such as automating processes or enabling intelligent agent interactions.
• Continuously learn and apply the latest advancements in Python, SAP HANA Cloud, LangChain, and Gen AI technologies to improve development processes and outcomes.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and End User Testing, addressing issues and enhancing solutions based on user feedback.
• Track user adoption of solutions, using insights to drive continuous improvement and ensure high user satisfaction.

Qualifications
• Minimum of 3-4 full cycle experience in building Fiori solutions and deploy them to production.
• Python Expertise: 6–8 years of professional experience in Python development, with a focus on building scalable, high-performance applications for data processing and integration.
• SQL Proficiency: Extensive experience in writing complex SQL queries, optimizing database performance, and designing schemas for relational databases, ensuring efficient data handling.
• SAP HANA Cloud Mastery: Strong expertise in SAP HANA Cloud, including data modeling, integration, and deployment of applications, leveraging its in-memory database capabilities.
• Gen AI Application Development: Deep knowledge of Generative AI technologies, including Agnatic AI, Agent-to-Agent interactions, and integrating AI-driven features like chatbots, predictive analytics, or NLP into applications.
• LangChain and LangGraph Expertise: Proven ability to develop and implement LangChain and LangGraph frameworks for building advanced AI workflows, enabling agent-based interactions and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• API Integration Skills: Experience in designing and consuming APIs, integrating SAP HANA Cloud with Python-based applications and Gen AI frameworks for seamless data flow.
• Version Control and CI/CD: Proficiency with Git for version control and experience in CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment of Python applications.
• Performance Optimization: Strong skills in optimizing Python code and SQL queries for performance, ensuring scalability and efficiency in Gen AI and SAP HANA Cloud workloads.
• Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, delivering high-quality solutions under tight deadlines while maintaining code quality.
• Team Player: Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, backend developers, and UX designers.
