Title: Sr. Manager - Trade and Regulatory Control

Job Summary
Markets Trade & Regulatory Control function responsible to enable Proactive Risk Management via execution of trade and regulatory controls across Markets Business, that adhere to Regulatory guidelines and uphold high standards of operational integrity. We are trusted partners to Markets Business delivering superior risk management practices, Control execution and generate data driven actionable insights to drive informed decision making.
- Front office Supervision Controls to perform surveillance on Trading risk positions, trade capture timelines, Regulatory Compliance, Electronic trading platform supervision and Rogue trading Controls.
- Exception management Controls across FOBO/ FOFO reconciliation and Interface system exception monitoring and reconciliation break resolution to ensure data integrity and completeness.
- Partner with technology for the system re-platforming project to build effective Control design which is volume scalable and cost effective.
- Lead New business enablement and product onboarding, partner to deliver strategic initiatives and ensure Operational readiness.
- Ensure key risk remediation, day-to-day risk monitoring and ensuring timely escalation to mitigate risk exposure.

- Effectively identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
Skills and Experience
- 12 plus years of experience in Reconcillation / Middle Office process / Control risk & governance.
- Oversight and Delivery for Global Trade Validation Control involving deal review against external source supporting OTC (FX, rates, Credit, Commodity & Equity derivative business), Forex and Security business. Execute Controls and Reporting, to ensure Risk is captured accurately in compliance to product Booking models.
Qualifications
- University degree / MBA (or equitant qualification)
