Key Responsibilities
The CRMx Programme is to transform CIB's CRM Platform from a legacy in-house solution to an
industry-leading vendor product. This is to address gaps of CRM capabilities in comparison to
competitors.
The Programme Governance & Controls Lead is one of the key members of the CRMx Programme
Management team, reporting into the CRMx Programme Manager. He/she will be responsible for
active oversight of the CRMx Programme ensuring the programme is delivered as per the company’s
defined governance standards (scope, cost and time).
Establish and maintain standardized project governance frameworks to ensure consistent
execution, risk tracking, and reporting across CRM program initiatives.
· Define and streamline end-to-end delivery processes, including intake, prioritization, and release
planning, enabling timely deployment of CRM enhancements aligned with frontline feedback.
· Develop and implement tracking mechanisms to monitor milestone progress, dependencies, and
delivery risks, ensuring transparency and accountability across workstreams.
· Coordinate change request processes and ensured alignment with business priorities by
facilitating regular engagement with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
· Drove continuous process improvement by capturing lessons learned, standardizing templates,
and optimizing workflows to enhance efficiency and responsiveness to frontline needs.
University graduate with solid experience in the banking industry, exposure of key positions in
medium-large programmes and/or Change Management
· Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in Banking and Financial services with a minimum of five
years’ experience as PMO.
· Direct experience in the CCIB business will be advantageous and preferred.
· Strong knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Clarity PPM and MS Office suites
· Strong communication skills – oral, written and presentation.
· Must be a self-starter who is able to initiate and successfully drive the programme and projects to
completion with little or no management supervision.
· Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritise, make decisions, and work to tight timeframes.
· Proven ability to lead highly complex, global activities through influence and credibility rather than command and control. · Strong ability to both assess strategic priorities and to focus on detailed aspects of a function in order to drive effective delivery. · Strong integrity, independence and resilience. · Solid team player with demonstrated ability to work across multi-cultural, geographic and inter-disciplinary teams to deliver successful outcomes. He/she must be able to work effectively to manage and minimise conflict, improve programme productivity and be ready to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic space given the ever-increasing demands of cyber risk management.
Maintain all relevant documentations required to govern the Outsourcing relationship between CRMx and GBS (MY and IN). Ensuring that all information and arrangements have been regularly reviewed and updated with all necessary approvals in place. This includes SLAs, GOIs, BIAs, BCPs and Risk Assessments. · Working closely with SCM to provide the timely submissions and review of artefacts and evidences for the purpose of Risk Reviews and Audits.
