Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced T&O Governance and WalkMe Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the governance of HR technology platforms, ensuring compliance with the Bank’s Cloud Governance Framework, Risk Management Standards, and regulatory requirements. The role also requires expertise in WalkMe development.

Key Responsibilities

Governance Oversight
o    Oversee end-to-end governance of HR technology platforms.
o    Ensure compliance with the Bank’s Cloud Governance Framework, Risk Management Standards, and regulatory requirements.
o    Monitor and manage risk associated with HR technology platforms.
WalkMe Development
o    Develop and customize WalkMe solutions to enhance user experience.
o    Utilize front-end development skills including CSS, jQuery, API, and HTML to create effective WalkMe implementations.
Program Management
o    Lead and manage various T&O programs and initiatives.
o    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
o    Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Data Analysis and Reporting
o    Track and analyze data to extract actionable insights.
o    Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to senior management.
o    Utilize data-driven insights to recommend improvements and optimize processes.

Skills and Experience

Experience
o    6-8 years of experience in a similar role within global banks.
o    Proven experience in T&O governance, program management, and analytics.
o    Hands-on experience with WalkMe development and implementation.
Technical Skills
o    Strong understanding of Cloud Governance Framework and Risk Management Standards.
o    Expertise in front-end development, including CSS, jQuery, API, and HTML.
Analytical Skills
o    Ability to analyze complex data sets and extract meaningful insights.
o    Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Communication Skills
o    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
o    Ability to present data insights in a clear and compelling manner.
Interpersonal Skills
o    Strong collaboration and team management skills.
o    Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Qualifications

Educational Requirements
•    Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
•    Certification in Cloud Governance or Risk Management.
•    Experience with HR technology platforms and SCM applications.
•    Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
