Job Summary

•    We are seeking an energetic, talented and motivated individual for the role of QA Manager on an ongoing Front office Green field project. The job entails testing of a Front Office trading application using the modern technology stack and integrating it with the CI/CD pipeline to enable continuous testing.
•    Lead and own testing process & delivery for defined application stream.
•    Develop automation test strategy, test scripts using inhouse automated testing tools
•    Engage with stakeholders viz., Project Managers, Dev Managers, Test Assurance team, Support teams etc.
•    Assess impact of changes, build functional test strategy and plan
•    Build the functional test plan and strategy for a high volume and low latency application.
•    Work closely with the application development and dev-ops to improve performance, scalability and resiliency of the system.
•    Development of common tools and utilities in Java to capture more detailed metrics from the system logs.

•    Ensure adherence to the Group mandated Software Development/Quality Assurance and delivery processes.

•    Be fully aware and compliant with the risks associated with software development/Quality Assurance delivery. Work with the team lead in ensuring all risk management practices are adhered to.
Governance
•    Work with the delivery leads in ensuring all project delivery related governance practices are adhered to for full compliance.
Regulatory & Business Conduct
•    Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct. 
•    Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
•    Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
