The Cost Simplification Programme is a Group-wide initiative funded by the Fit-For-Growth Program. This initiative aims to elevate and transform the efficiency and effectiveness of cost management processes across the Group by simplifying, standardising, and digitising performance management reporting and analytics. It seeks to redesign processes to provide front-to-back visibility of profitability across multiple dimensions, including directly controlled spend, cost drivers, and business activities. This foundation will enable product-level costing, leading to better frontline pricing decisions and greater cost ownership throughout the firm. Leveraging technology, the programme will scale capabilities and transform how costs are consumed and managed, promoting sustainable cost containment, transparency, and management across the Group.

 

The Vice President – Workforce Reporting & Insights will play a pivotal role in delivering the Performance Management workstream objectives under the Cost Simplification mandate.

 

This role will lead the design and execution of the workforce MI roadmap within Finsight, strengthen the Workforce Planning (WFP) platform to improve adoption, and partner closely with Finance, HR Workforce Analytics, COO teams, and Technology to deliver a fit-for-purpose workforce reporting solution that directly supports our Cost Sim and Fit for Growth ambitions

This role will build and execute the enterprise-wide-roadmap for workforce reporting and insights, consolidating fragmented workforce MI into a single, trusted source within Finance’s strategic reporting platform Fin sight build on SAP BTP platform. The VP will partner across finance, HR, COO and Technology to ensure workforce data and insights are accurate, relevant, and actionable – enabling better workforce cost management, planning and performance outcomes.

  • Proven experience in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
  • Demonstrated ability to automate processes and leverage technology to streamline workflows.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, multi-task, lead through ambiguities and influence, work with global teams.
  • Familiarity with SAP S4 Hana & PaPM systems preferred.

Qualifications

  • 12 + years of relevant finance experience in Workforce Analytics , Financial Planning & Analysis, Performance management or related finance roles within Banking or Financial services
  • Familiarity with workforce data platforms ( eg. SuccessFactors , BPC), planning tools (WFP) , and strategic reporting platform (SAP BTP)
  • Strong proficiency in financial modelling, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Proven experience with SAP Workforce Planning or similar tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.t.
