Job Description: 

Job Summary

•    Deliver end-to-end Asset Servicing operations for the country/market, ensuring corporate action and custody-related activities are performed accurately, efficiently and within agreed service standards.
•    Work closely with internal stakeholders, regulators, depositories and market participants to support smooth operational delivery, timely issue resolution and alignment with local market requirements.
•    Ensure operational units operate effectively, with strong control, risk awareness and compliance with applicable regulations, internal policies, procedures and standards.
•    Support the Bank’s and business’ strategic ambition by helping to develop and maintain a scalable, consistent and resilient operating platform that meets client and business needs.
•    Perform a hybrid role where required, providing flexible support across corporate action, custody management and wider team activities to ensure continuity of service and support overall team performance.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Delivery and Market Execution
•    Carry out end-to-end Asset Servicing operational responsibilities for the country/market, ensuring Corporate Actions and custody-related activities are completed accurately, promptly and in line with established procedures.
•    Work closely with stakeholders, regulators and depositories to support smooth market operations, protect client entitlements and maintain compliance with applicable regulatory and internal requirements.
