Job Summary
This role exists to support the accurate, timely and controlled settlement of securities and bond transactions across the Thailand market and Various market via SG HUB. The role helps protect client and business outcomes by ensuring that settlement instructions are processed correctly, exceptions are resolved promptly and transactions are completed within applicable market deadlines.
The role is accountable for monitoring settlement progress, reconciling transaction information and coordinating the resolution of discrepancies with internal teams, offshore operations hubs, counterparties and market participants. The role applies established operating procedures and control requirements to reduce settlement failure, financial exposure, operational disruption and regulatory risk.
The role also contributes operational expertise to market initiatives, system enhancements and process changes. This includes completing end-to-end testing, identifying operational impacts and escalating issues that could affect settlement readiness or service continuity. Through disciplined execution, effective stakeholder coordination and adherence to the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct, the role supports resilient post-trade operations and dependable client service.

• Analyse recurring discrepancies to identify underlying causes and recommend practical controls or process improvements.
• Track exceptions through to closure, maintaining clear evidence of investigation, escalation and resolution.
Counterparty and Stakeholder Coordination
• Coordinate settlement requirements with client service teams, operations teams, product managers, relationship managers and relevant control functions.
• Liaise with depositories, exchanges, broker-dealers, custodians and registrars to clarify instructions and resolve settlement issues.
• Work with offshore operations hubs to maintain clear hand-offs, shared accountability and timely execution across locations.
• Communicate settlement status, risks and required actions clearly to enable informed and timely stakeholder decisions.
Risk, Governance and Regulatory Compliance
• Apply settlement controls, standard operating procedures and applicable market requirements to maintain a consistent and compliant operating environment.
• Identify and escalate operational, conduct, regulatory and compliance risks in accordance with established risk management frameworks.
• Support internal assurance, audit and control reviews by providing accurate records, explanations and evidence of control performance.
• Demonstrate the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct through responsible decision-making, ethical behaviour and transparent issue escalation.
Operational Continuity and Service Quality
• Monitor settlement workflows and dependencies to identify conditions that could disrupt services, client outcomes or market obligations.
• Follow business continuity and escalation arrangements during system, market or counterparty disruption to support controlled service recovery.
• Balance timeliness, accuracy and risk when managing competing priorities and high-volume settlement activity.
• Maintain disciplined quality checks that reduce manual errors, incomplete processing and avoidable settlement failures.
Change, Testing and Continuous Improvement
• Assess the operational impact of market initiatives, system enhancements and process changes on settlement workflows and controls.
• Perform end-to-end testing against defined business scenarios, documenting results and raising defects or control concerns before implementation.
