Title: CMS Domestic Payment Officer

Job Summary
- Review and verify STS LBC daily transactions and payments and ensure all payment gets complete debit before release LBC issuance to customers / service providers/couriers.
- Reviews and authorize eOps and PSGL posting relates to LBC and other payment products related.
- Monitor and release LBC/CC in STS and ensure no pending instruction left in the system without take care at EOD.
- Ensure LBC/CC cheques are process within SLA.
- Ensure client accounts are debited before cheques release or distribute to payees.
- Ensure and monitor no pending cheque cancellation and stop payment instructions receive before cut-off time.
- Support electronics-Tax /Social Security Office/eRevenue/the Excises payments.
- Ensure prepare funds nostro accounts for cheques issued through correspondent banks.
- Review and approve eOPs and GL entries as checker.
- Assist client service and external client to solve and advise on the daily STS operation problem.
- Resolve the daily operational issue of upcountry cheques with correspondent bank partners.
- Ensure full compliance with Compliance Risk Management, Code of Conduct, Local and Group Compliance and Policies (Including anti-Money Laundering activities, KYC’s operational risks and other group eLearning).
- Back up team officer on leave or absence.
- Any assignment tasks from Direct Supervisor, Line manager or CMS Department Head.

Qualification
- Education Bachelor degree in any fields
- Languages Thai/English
