Our Ideal Candidate
- Possess a minimum of 10 years relevant experience within Financing and Securities Services, Securities Services, Custody, Clearing, or Fund Services sectors.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of FSS products and a thorough understanding of client requirements specific to institutional finance and asset servicing sectors.
- Have a sound understanding of Financial Markets, Cash Management, and preferably Digital Assets, enabling a broad perspective on client needs and industry trends.
- Proven expertise in business development, sales origination, and relationship management with a consistent record of exceeding revenue targets.
- Exhibit a comprehensive grasp of client segments and buying behaviours, fostering trust and credibility across all levels from CFOs and CIOs to operational teams.
- Display strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities to enhance client wallet share.
- Maintain an extensive network within market industries, stock exchanges, and regulatory bodies, supporting market position and insight.
- Hold a relevant academic degree complemented by professional accountancy or equivalent financial qualifications.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, facilitating effective stakeholder engagement across diverse geographies.
